Q:What is Jhits?

No1. A:"jhits" is an SNS (Social Networking Service) used for business, family, and group communication. It supports features such as chat, video calls for up to four participants, individual schedule management, and file sharing, enabling communication among users. You can access and use it from anywhere with an internet connection, whether it's on a PC, tablet, or smartphone. It is a 100% Made in Japan product that can be used securely and safely. To use it, you need to have your own registered email address. Please note that you cannot use the same email address or an email address that cannot send or receive messages.

Q:How do you use this?

No2. A:"Jhits" can be used when (1) the administrator first registers, and (2) the administrator invites members by invitation email and registers as members. If you want to add members after that, the administrator can repeat ② to add members.
It is an SNS between acquaintances consisting of one administrator and multiple members. Enjoy chat and video calls.

Q:The jhits form is broken?

No3. A:Since "jhits" is a web application, it can be restored by refreshing the browser. Please refresh your browser. We are planning to release a smartphone app soon.

Q:I registered but did not receive an email or receive an invitation email

No4. A:Please make sure you have entered the correct email address.

Also, please check again including the following.

1) Check junk mail folder

Please check if it is classified as a junk mail folder of your mail software.

2) Check the reception settings

If you are using the mobile carrier's email address, please check if rejection from the PC email address is set. Please be careful as it seems that many users use Gmail.

3) Registration of sender address

When accepting or setting specified reception, be sure to register the following domains as permitted addresses.

Q:When video calls are difficult to connect.

Q:How does the payment system work?

No6. A:"jhits" is available for individual usage at a monthly fee of 275 yen (excluding tax). The fee is free for the first 14 days from the day of registration. If you continue to use the service beyond that period, charges will apply. Please note that even if you cancel the service after the 15th day, the fee will not change.

Q:Can you use this service for free?

No7. A:After registration, you can enjoy a free trial period for 14 days. However, starting from the 15th day, it will become a paid service, and you will be required to make payments every month thereafter.

Q:Up to how many people can use this service?

No8. A:There is no limit on the number of people at jhits. It is a fixed amount for up to 20 people, but for 20 people or more, the price will change depending on the number of people, so please check the price list.

Q:Can you access this through your smartphone?

No9. A:Yes, customers can access our service through their smartphones, tablets and computers.

Q:Do you have to install this through an application?

No10. A:No, there is no kind of installation through smart phone applications. As long as you are in an Area where there is access to the internet, jhits service is available for use.

Q:Can you use this overseas?

No11. A:Yes, as long as you are in an area where internet/wifi is available, our services are accessible Even when abroad/out of Japan.

Q:Can you use the same browser with multiple user IDs?

No12. A:No, you are not able to. For security reasons, our service is limited to one ID with one type of Browser. However, our service is accessible using multiple IDs if the customer uses a different Type of browser.

Q:What happens when you start up the browser and just leave it that way for a long period of time?

No13. A:Depending on the browser, there are cases when the browser will be unresponsive if left alone For a long period of time. If you are to leave your seat, we recommend logging out of our Service first and then leaving your seat. If you leave your seat in the middle of inputting Information, that information will automatically be discarded after 12 minutes. Please take caution.

Q:Are you able to correct or delete messages that have already been posted?

No14. A:Yes, correcting and deleting messages is possible at any time if it’s done by the person who Posted the message.

Q:Is there a notification function when a message is uploaded?

No15. A:Yes. We will notify you by sending an email to the email address you registered.

Q:What kind of support is there?

No16. A:Our support here at Jhits is usually done through email. For that reason, there may be times When there is a little time lag, but please feel free to use our services without any worries. If You have any questions, please contact us at support@jhits.jp.

Q:Is it possible to confirm that the other party saw the message or not?

No17. A:Yes. Checks for unread readers can be done simultaneously by all participants in the thread.

Q:Can I use it privately?

No18. A:Yes, you can use it. With the permission of the administrator, the range of use differs between business hours and after hours, but you can use it.

Q:Noise in video calls

No19. A:Noise disappears when using earphones when making a video call. We are currently improving this feature, so please wait for a while.

Q:Ways to use 1 : using it as a memo

No20. A:There may be times when you want to use our service as a memo to save your ideas. In that case, the customer can use the “My Memo” function to write down some ideas(in private) that you have instead of using the thread. The way to use this function is the same as the thread so please feel free to try it out. However, files cannot be uploaded in “My Memo” function.

Q:Ways to use 2 : managing your business cards

No21. A:Our service can be very useful when managing business cards. By creating a thread for managing business cards, the customer is able to write down the exchanged business cards information and share that with everyone in the same thread. It can be very convenient when you have forgotten the name, address or phone number, etc. Furthermore, if you are accessing this through your smartphone, you are able to directly call by clicking on the number and also have easy access to sending emails right away.

Q:Ways to use 3 : using it as a planner/calendar

No22. A:If the client creates a thread for scheduling, everyone within that thread is able to input their daily plans/schedules for everyone to see and it can be very useful for managing every members schedule.

Q:Ways to use 4 : using it as a tool for easy contact with clients

No23. A: If you create a thread for each client and get the client to become a member of the thread, it makes it very easy to keep in contact with each client and lowers the chance of missed business opportunities. It is very convenient for managing your clients as well.

Q:Ways to use 5 : using it as a tool/way for sales and business

No24. A:Sometimes you may be in situations where you don’t have time because of meetings and Consultations, etc. In that case, if you are to prepare in advance by organizing sales reports and whatnot, it makes it easier to communicate and the person on the receiving end can also feel at ease.
